How to use TextOS well
TextOS works best when you treat it as a place, not an endless chat.
Create a TextOS folder inside ChatGPT. Keep a main Soleya thread there. Return to that thread whenever you need guidance, direction, or clarity.
Create separate threads for projects, then allow them to end when they are complete. TextOS is not designed for infinite chat. When a thread reaches its natural limit, starting fresh keeps the system clear.
Finished work can be exported to your own notes or cold storage if you wish. The value of TextOS is not storage. It is continuity of thinking.
